THE CHANGER and Impact Hub Berlin are organizing a fun hangout for all people interested in social entrepreneurship, social change, working in the sector and just in general, DOING GOOD!
This month’s hangout will explore the future of work. We have two exciting guests who will be sharing insight into their innovative work models and company structures.
TheDive is an agency that wants to rethink organizations and companies. They believe that it is time to redefine economic success and to use the power of the economy to do good. It’s time to recognize that everything is connected.
Our second guests are from einhorn, the fairstainable condom company, who will be sharing their practical experience of moving towards being a teal organization. They’ll be talking about transparent salaries, flat hierarchies and the challenges in getting there.
Of course you’ll have time to mingle and exchange with them on how they work purposefully and what they bring to the table to achieve the greater good. We’re looking forward to discussing the future of work with you!
