Contorno Consulting is offering this unique opportunity to learn how to effectively harness the potential and wisdom of people in your organisation or team, to solve complex problems and deliver successful outcomes, by optimising the power of collaboration.
During this 3,5 day training learn how to become a facilitator of Open Space Technology (OST), a proven methodology which for the past 30 years has been delivering effective outcomes across corporate, government, academic, health and many other organisation types.
Led by three highly experienced OST facilitators you will not only experience OST in action, but learn how to work with it.
This OST workshop also forms part of the broader Genuine Contact™ Program – a holistic approach to business success – by creating a culture of leadership within organisations.
The language of the workshop will be English however Swedish Dutch, German and Spanish can also be used.
