Tourismus: Schulungsprogramm bringt Nachhaltigkeit in die Reisebüros



In den Reisebüros fehlen oftmals die notwendigen Kenntnisse um die Kunden zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit beraten zu können, dies hat eine Studie über Reisemittler im vergangenen Jahr gezeigt. Die Nachhaltigkeitsinitiative Futouris und der Deutsche Reise Verband (DRV) haben daraufhin das Trainingsprogramm Green-Counter entwickelt. Im Rahmen des Programms haben erste Reiseveranstalter und Reisebüroketten nun eigene Schulungskonzepte entwickelt und getestet.
