Dorsch-Fischereien in der Ostsee vom MSC suspendiert

Die MSC-Zertifikate für alle fünf Dorschfischereien in der östlichen Ostsee sind ausgesetzt worden. Unabhängige Bewertungen der Fischereien haben gezeigt, dass die Dorschbestände in der östlichen Ostsee nicht mehr die strengen Anforderungen des MSC-Standards für nachhaltige Fischerei erfüllen. Das bedeutet, dass Dorsch, aus diesem Fanggebiet, nicht mehr mit dem MSC-Siegel verkauft bzw. bezogen werden darf.

Arbeitsschutz – Mit Filmen Bewusstsein schaffen

In Deutschland wurden im vergangenen Jahr fast 875.000 meldepflichtige Arbeitsunfälle registriert. Davon endeten 455 tödlich. Was auf den ersten Blick viel erscheint, ist auf den zweiten Blick eine Errungenschaft. Noch zu Beginn des 20. Jahrhunderts lag die Zahl der tödlichen Arbeitsunfälle bei rund 10.000 pro Jahr. Zahlreiche Vorschriften machten dies möglich, aber auch Sensibilisierung für die Gefahren der Arbeitswelt. Filme können dabei helfen – die Besten wurden nun prämiert.
