ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead CSR Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement team in collaboration with key internal stakeholders to develop and execute CSR communications strategies in support of our corporate identity, core consumer brands, and the Brewing A Better World brand.
  • Manage our CSR reporting process as a strategic tool for effective stakeholder engagement, communication content creation, and business planning purposes across the Enterprise:
    • Deliver periodic internal quarterly and monthly reporting
    • Design, create, and produce GMCR’s annual CSR Report
    • Oversee design and content of GMCR’s CSR digital presence
    • Drive content generation for relevant external CSR indices
  • Improve our CSR Reporting process:
    • Evolve key CSR performance indicators to better reflect our business, material sustainability issues, and concerns of our various stakeholders – both internally and externally.
    • Develop, report on, and drive improvement in key performance indicators relative to CSR communications and stakeholder engagement.
    • Convene and manage internal and external stakeholder engagements to gather information, collect feedback and address expectations.
    • Benchmark industry trends and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Act as an internal resource on current events, issues and trends in areas related to CSR reporting and performance.
  • Responsible for coordination, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the department/team and creating a positive climate where people want to do their best.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s Principles, policies and applicable laws.
  • Accountable for communication, interviewing and hiring, training employees; planning, assigning and directing work, leveraging team and individual strengths, managing performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and solving problems to ensure high performance results.

OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:

  • Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by GMCR and the department.
  • Performs other duties as requested by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 7-10 years’ work experience; graduate degree or relevant experience required.
  • Demonstrated record of success in creating effective Corporate Social Responsibility related communications and designing successful and productive stakeholder engagements.
  • Passionate about our social and environmental mission.
  • A team player, with the ability to work well across different organizational boundaries at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical, written and oral communication, organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to be punctual, thrive in a fast-paced environment; anticipate needs and be proactive in resolving issues; and follow GMCR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to uphold Safety standards, participate in Continuous Process Improvement on the job, and follow our Manufacturing best practices.
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.
  • Ability to follow GMCR policies and procedures as well as our Operating principles.
