Responsibilities
Create the awareness, understanding, and buy-in across the group for the importance of CSR
Develop and socialize TAL’s Ethical Business Practices (EBP) and support plants to align their local policies to the EBP
Setup a system for monitoring compliance to the EBP and for all related issues to be effectively addressed
Develop methods for measuring, benchmarking, and improving on the social and environmental impact of TAL’s operations and products
Ensure TAL’s CSR philosophy and initiatives are properly communicated to all stakeholders
Understand needs of key stakeholders and collaborate with them on initiatives for our mutual benefit
Requirements
University graduate in a relevant disciplines, preferably in Social Sciences, Political Science or Law
At least 10 years of relevant work experience
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in spoken and written in English and preferably Chinese
