RESPONSIBILITIES
* Day to day management of responsible sourcing program activities in Asia ^[2] Pacific region
* Manage and develop our qualified responsible sourcing team in Asia Pacific to ensure sustainable operations and continuous improvements
* Evaluate supplier and factory social compliance systems conduct root cause analysis and drive implementation of effective solutions to enhance supplier capacity to comply with Electrolux requirements
* Communication, facilitation and coordination of remediation plans and activities with cross-functional team both internally and externally
* Work with suppliers, industry associations, governments, non governmental organizations and other stakeholders on collaborative initiatives and partnerships
* Report to Asia Pacific Purchasing management and Responsible Sourcing Director in Sweden ^[3]

This full time position is based in Shanghai and will require frequent travelling in the Asia Pacific region.

QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor degree in a related field, advanced degree a plus
* 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and work related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), including experience with factory operations, monitoring and remediation
* Experience from global or multi-national procurement department is qualifying and preferred
* Documented project management and leadership skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
* Experience from collaborative initiatives with multi-stakeholder groups
* Ability to work both independently and as part of the team
* Very good language and communication skills — English and Mandarin/Cantonese is required
* High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
