Our Client is one of the most established international premium brands in the food and beverage sector.

They are expanding their commitment to ethical sourcing through the hire of the Ethical Supply Chain Manager for China.

The right Candidate will help define, develop, implement and maintain their code of conduct though needs assessment, remediation and appropriate capacity building programmes.

* The right Candidate will have a robust strategic understanding of the ethical supply chain issues, practices and policies in China.
* They will need to embed an effective yet realistic, relevant and credible programme – linking sustainable solutions to the commercial needs of the business.
* They will have proven track record of 5-10 years in a relevant business field and will be able to illustrate, through previous case studies, how they have inputted into the CSR strategy in previous roles.
* They will have a strong network of stakeholders in the ethical supply chain community and have the communication and influencing skills to provide a compelling case for action.
