CSR Director, USA – West Coast

Global brand leader and innovator, committed to continuous investment and improvement, is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join the team as CSR Director.

Working with the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability team, you will deliver strong, focused and creative strategies that tackle complex sustainability issues. Embedding these high level strategies into the business model, you will engage with policy makers, employees, customers and drive the organization’s message into society.

This is a new position within the team and requires an individual with a multitude of business skills, acumen, and inspirational leadership qualities.

Requirements for this position include:

* Proven experience of running cross functional marketing campaigns
* High level of expertise in running advocacy campaigns, either in a company or an NGO
* Demonstrable experience of engaging stakeholders and creating behavioural and cultural change
* High level strategic planning around sustainability issues in a large scale organization; including waste, carbon reduction, supply chain and community investment
* Previous senior team management experience|

You will be a strategic and innovative thinker with the ability to adapt and absorb new ideas and information. You will look to innovate and solve complex issues; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and challenges. Working closely with the CEO you will have political acumen and posses the ability to manage the media. You will represent this global brand internally and externally and deliver results.
