CBSR Partners with Hewitt to Develop New Research Criteria on Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility
The Hewitt Best Employers in Canada Study is the most comprehensive research-based study of employee engagement in Canada. The study benefits companies that wish to track their employee engagement levels while benchmarking themselves against Canada’s best employers. The study is unique as it surveys employees directly for feedback and provides the feedback to participating companies along with post-survey action planning and year-over-year comparability.
Strategic Partnership with CBSR
Hewitt Associates has formed a strategic partnership with Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR) to develop a special research focus on employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. Experience has found that strong CSR practice correlates substantially with high levels of employee engagement. This partnership will result in a valuable new source of Canadian data for all participating companies.
There is tremendous value in participating in the study, and CBSR is encouraging its members and the broader business community to get involved. Survey results will provide participating companies with leading edge insights around the use of CSR practices to attract, engage and retain top quality employees.
