The Hewitt Best Employers in Study is the most comprehensive research-based study of employee engagement in . The study benefits companies that wish to track their employee engagement levels while benchmarking themselves against ’s best employers. The study is unique as it surveys employees directly for feedback and provides the feedback to participating companies along with post-survey action planning and year-over-year comparability.

Strategic Partnership with CBSR
Hewitt Associates has formed a strategic partnership with Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR) to develop a special research focus on employee engagement and corporate social responsibility. This partnership will result in a valuable new source of Canadian data for all participating companies.

Survey results will provide participating companies with leading edge insights around the use of CSR practices to attract, engage and retain top quality employees.

Why should businesses participate in this study?
