We currently have the following challenging opportunity available:

REGULATORY REVIEW MANAGER
Hoffman Estates, IL

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to schools to ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and federal regulations as well as CEC expectations.
  • Review enrollment agreements, facilitate the standardization of admissions documents, and will serve as a liaison with the admissions function to ensure compliance in these areas.
  • Another main area of emphasis will be the ongoing development, implementation, and operational support of the company-wide ethics function under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer.
  • Requirements:

  • J.D. preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 3 years related professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply multiple sets of regulations to an individual situation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, project management, computer, conceptual, and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented with organized and methodical work habits.
  • Timely in providing response to requests for approval.
  • Decisiveness, flexibility, and an ability to adapt to an environment of intense growth and change.
  • The ability to sell concepts and ideas without having direct control or responsibility in all instances.
  • Knowledge of and experience with accreditation and state licensing standards is preferred, but not required.
