REGULATORY REVIEW MANAGER
Hoffman Estates, IL
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance and support to schools to ensure compliance with state, accreditation, and federal regulations as well as CEC expectations.
Review enrollment agreements, facilitate the standardization of admissions documents, and will serve as a liaison with the admissions function to ensure compliance in these areas.
Another main area of emphasis will be the ongoing development, implementation, and operational support of the company-wide ethics function under the direction of the Chief Compliance Officer.
Requirements:
J.D. preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 3 years related professional experience.
Demonstrated ability to comprehend and apply multiple sets of regulations to an individual situation.
Excellent written and oral communication, project management, computer, conceptual, and analytical skills.
Detail oriented with organized and methodical work habits.
Timely in providing response to requests for approval.
Decisiveness, flexibility, and an ability to adapt to an environment of intense growth and change.
The ability to sell concepts and ideas without having direct control or responsibility in all instances.
Knowledge of and experience with accreditation and state licensing standards is preferred, but not required.
