G3 Global Reporting Guidelines Conference

Monday, October 2nd, 2006

The Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), the global voluntary framework for sustainability reporting, is holding a major conference October 4-6 in Amsterdam.

GRI will launch the new G3 Guideline on Thursday October 5. The new G3 Guidelines make reporting simpler and are better harmonized with the UN Global Compact. G3 reports will make reporting more useful for investors and analysts who focus on corporate governance, sustainability and accountability.

Simon Zadek, Chief Executive at AccountAbility, the global CSR standards body responsible for the AA1000 Sustainability Assurance and Stakeholder Engagement Standard, is available to discuss G3 and the implications it will have on businesses, analysts and ethical investors.

Simon Zadek is available for telephone or on-site, face-to-face interviews for the duration of the conference which is being held at the Hotel Okura, Amsterdam.
