The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenure track position in law in its Department of Legal Studies and Business Ethics. The Department has seventeen full-time faculty who offer over 20 different courses in the undergraduate, MBA and PhD programs and whose research is regularly published in leading journals. Applicants should have a J.D. or equivalent degree (ABD acceptable), outstanding academic credentials, and a demonstrated commitment to legal scholarship in a field related to business.
