The report focuses on how the company has done in responding to the social, environmental and economic interests of its many stakeholders, progress made, and what the company hopes to achieve going forward.

Highlights include:

  • A more thorough exploration of the home credit market along with how it works and how it meets the particular needs of customers
  • Looking at the CR considerations of operating in emerging markets and bringing new operations into the CR programme
  • New programmes to ensure the company meets its community investment policy of helping to create safe and healthy communities where customers, agents and employees live and work
  • Development of a system to positively influence the supply chain and business partners
  • Continued proactivity in identifying and addressing environmental impacts
