Thames Water is the UK’s largest water and wastewater services company, serving over 13 million customers in London and the Thames Valley region.

Thames Water faces many challenges, including the current drought and pressure on water resources and the major challenge of tackling leakage in London. Among other key issues are ensuring water supply remains affordable to customers, removing homes from the threat of sewer flooding and dealing with a shortage of skilled engineers. This report discusses some of the challenges facing the business now and in the long term.
