BT has just published its new society and environment report at www.bt.com/betterworld. The site contains the latest data on BT’s CSR performance, including on community contributions, global warming CO2 emissions, waste recycling and supplier satisfaction.
BT is taking a new approach to CSR reporting this year, and as well as updating these key performance indicators the website also has links to topical reports and articles including:
