This is Bradford & Bingley’s third stand alone CSR report and for the first time the report has been independently verified by Bureau Veritas, who also carried out an environmental audit for Bradford & Bingley in 2004.

The 2005 CSR report has an increased range of KPIs and is based around the FORGE framework for CSR Management and Reporting for the Financial Services Sector. The report follows the four main themes identified by FORGE as being those most relevant to financial services organisations - Marketplace, Workplace, Community and Environment.
