Business Ethics Blog announced

The [1] Business Ethics Blog is a place where I post news and commentary related to business ethics, corporate social responsibility, and so on. It is updated almost daily. The Blog is neither anti-business nor pro-business: posting include both stories about scandals and success stories, aiming to provide readers with at least a starting point for framing discussion. It is not a stodgy academic publication…it is intended to be informal, hip, and maybe occasionally humorous.

Recent postings have been on such topics as:

  • Corporate philanthropy
  • A review of the DVD version of Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room
  • Authors, Biotech & Conflict of Interest
  • Sarbanes-Oxley and Whistleblower Protection
  • Microsoft & Chinese Censorship
  • Are Videogames Dangerous?

    • The Business Ethics Blog will hopefully:

  • Allow you to keep up-to-date with recent news stories about business ethics;
  • Provide a nearly constant stream of mini case-studies for use in the classroom.
