The Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research was established in 1997. It belongs to the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania. The mission of the Center is to sponsor and disseminate leading edge research on critical topics in business ethics. The Center’s broad research focus includes global business ethics, corporate governance, social contracts, deception, disclosure, bribery and corruption. The Center is intended to serve as a focal point for the interaction of business, professional, and academic conferences, and makes available working papers and article reprints relating to the Center’s sponsored research.
