Mission
The European Academy of Business in Society (EABIS) is a unique alliance of academic institutions, companies and other stakeholders committed to integrating business in society into the heart of business theory and practice in Europe.
Aims
To shape and enhance the quality of debate on the role of business in society in Europe
To equip current and future business leaders with the mindset and capacity to put business in society at the heart of the way companies are run by integrating the changing role of business in society into the directorystream of business research, education and training
To transform the way that business leaders, academics, policy-makers and others interact and communicate on business in society issues amongst themselves and with a wider audience

Work
EABIS will achieve its mission through the development and implementation of three activity pillars:
Research:
EABIS is the largest European Network for interdisciplinary research to create a sound, accessible and business relevant body of knowledge
Education:
Working collaboratively, Business Schools and business will reshape education programmes to place business in society at the core of business education (MBA, graduate, executive programmes)
Training:
EABIS is building a unique, multi-stakeholder learning network to identify and develop the competencies required by directorystream professionals to understand the social impact of their business decisions and to enact responsible business practices
