The Group is held by CLP Holdings Limited, which is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong (stock code: 002). Today we are one of the most widely held and actively traded stocks on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with a market capitalisation of around HK$110 billion. CLP shares are also traded in the United States in the form of American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) over the counter. The Group turnover in 2004 was approximately HK$30,784 million.
